A 80m2 loft with high windows and minimalist style has his own kitchenette and a bedroom in the loggia looking out onto the Luberon.

4. Les Acacias

“Les Acacias” is equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen open on a living space with a view on the park A second living room with its walls of openrubble stone creating a definite authentic atmosphere. The tall Ménerbes stone fireplace and big bookcase give a warm and comfortable feeling to this room. This house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with one king or two singles as well as en-suite bathroom and toilet in each.

A private heated and securised swimming pool and a berbecue shadowed terrace give this house a complete independance.

2. La Gracia

The living room, dining room and kitchen are communicating within a 100 m2 open room. The large bay windows open on an ancient mulberry tree which shades a roomy terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air by the swimmming pool with its turquoise-coloured water.

The spacious living room has a contemporary fireplace and light grey leather designer sofas. A fountain-sculpture in sanded glass, framed by wood dressers give a special character tothe room.
The Kitchen is modern and fully equipped with quality appliances and a breakfast bar.

3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with king size bed or two single bed.

With his indépendant entrance on the terrace, the fourth bedroom offer a double bed and bathroom.
